SPEED AND AGILITY CAMP JUNE 14-17

Improving your speed and agility can increase your athleticism and confidence and improve your level of fitness. Sounds like a win-win-win for your sports performance!

The fee is $100 per participant.

YOUTH TENNIS CAMPS IN JUNE AND JULY

We’re excited to be offering the following youth tennis camps:

For ages 5 – 12: Monday, June 14 – Thursday, June 17 and Monday, July 12 – Thursday, July 15

Registration form

Younger kids will experience fun drills supporting movement, balance, and coordination in order to get ready to play on a court. Older kids will focus on developing shot techniques, reception skills in singles and doubles, and serving.

For ages 10-18: Monday June 28 – Thursday, July 1

All aspects of tennis will be included, such as instruction in proper tennis technique, rally and live ball play, learning how to keep score and play matches.

TUMBLING CAMP JULY 6-8

Join us for a summer tumbling camp with instructor Kasey Wilcox from July 6 – 8! Camp will meet at CSF from 10:00 am – noon.

This camp is for ages 6-12 and will focus on conditioning, fundamentals and skills building, flexibility and fun games. Awards recognition on the final day!

Camp fee $75. Pre-registration is required; register soon to hold your spot! This session will have a maximum of 16 participants.
