Joyce leads a gentle flow that incorporates postures and breathwork before wrapping up with a short meditation.

This class serves all levels of fitness. Add 9:30 am Yoga to a cardio workout such as Step, Core & More or use of the treadmill or stair climber — you’ll be supporting flexibility, strengthening and relaxation!
