Group Exercise Classes
Variety is the spice of life, right? That’s why we offer a range of group exercise classes for you to choose from. Mix it up with heart pumping kettlebell action or traditional step aerobics combined with core work. Build strength and flexibility in a yoga or tae kwon do session. Our group exercise classes effectively support your overall fitness and are always FUN!
AMPD Resistance: Take great music and combine it with simple resistance band movements for a fun and effective total body workout.
Body Sculpt: Light weight training for all levels.
Core De Force®: Mixed martial arts-inspired workout designed to slash inches off your waist, blast belly fat, and sculpt total body definition.
Kettlebell AMPD: Takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie torching fun!
Kettlebell & Abs: The focus is on working your core with your favorite kettlebell moves.
P90X®: A full body workout combing a variety of techniques including strength training, cardio, yoga, plyometrics, and stretching.
Small group training: Includes Next Level Bootcamp, Total Core, Level Up and Mobility/Stability/Balance. These classes combine a program of set lifts, core strengthening and conditioning exercises, designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. Fee-based.
Step & Core: Combine traditional step aerobics with some abdominal work for a great workout.
Tae kwon do for adults: A Korean martial art characterized by its emphasis on a fast kicking technique which helps enhance self-esteem by heightening your physical and mental powers.
Tae kwon do for youth: A Korean martial art characterized by its emphasis on a fast kicking technique. Adapted for children for fun, challenging and self-esteem enhancing exercise.
Tiny Tumblers: A fun introduction to gymnastics skills. Designed for children younger than 3 accompanied by an adult.
Transform: Uniting sport and yoga in a refreshing new way. This class will engage your mind and body using sun salutations, plyometric hops and lunges, balance and strength poses, and twisting and lengthening positions.
Tumbling: Uniting sport and yoga in a refreshing new way. This class will engage your mind and body using sun salutations, plyometric hops and lunges, balance and strength poses, and twisting and lengthening positions.
Yoga: Learn the fundamental poses of yoga in order to build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.
Youth bootcamp: For ages 6-12, this program mimics an adult bootcamp experience at a level that is appropriate and fun for kids.
Group Exercise Classes are free for all fitness members! (Small group training is fee-based.)
