Enjoy a yoga class at 10:30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays!

Join Kaori for Seitai Yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays. Seitai means movement, bodily harmony and health in Japanese, and this class focuses on bringing the body into order, with all the associated benefits that may offer.

Participants observe:

-I’ve improved my sleep and require no medication
-It helps me relax and I’ve improved my circulation
-My balance and flexibility are better
-My back pain is gone
-My posture has improved and my shoulder pain is gone
-The moves are gentle, you don’t even know you’re doing it
-I’m a runner and it helps loosen up my muscles
-My knee pain has improved, I’ve avoided surgery
-Kaori shares movements we can do at home
-I find peace
On Fridays, the class focuses on the primary series in the Ashtanga style, which combines movement and breath. Instruction supports students’ individuals needs and challenges as they progress to the next posture.
