Health Matters: Individual health assessments

Join Germanna Community College nursing students at Powell Wellness Center in September for an individual wellness assessment. Your assessment will include vital signs, hearing, vision, height, weight, and biometrics, with results presented in a written report.

Youth Boot Camp

Location: Culpeper Sport & Fitness
Date and time: Begins Tuesday, August 7, 5:15-6:00 pm (Thursday class same time)

Our boot camp for youth ages 6-12 mimics an adult boot camp experience — warm up, stretching, group activities and partner work — at a level that is appropriate and fun for kids.
