Small Group Training

Escape Your Limits! All new small group training with Marcus available at Culpeper Sport & Fitness

High energy, high intensity, and high calorie burn. Small group training gets you results regardless of your fitness level.

Mondays/Wednesdays

9-9:45am: Intro to Free Weights

9:45-10:30am: Total Core

11-11:45am: HIIT Calorie Burn

5:30-6:30pm: Level up: Dynamic Fitness (Monday only)

5:30-6:30pm: Powerlifting 101 (Wednesday only)


Tuesdays/Thursdays

10-10:45am: Intro to Free Weights

11-11:45am: HIIT Calorie Burn

12-12:45pm: Total Core

1-2pm: Powerlifting 101

2-3pm: Level up


Fridays

6-7am: Next Level Bootcamp

8-9am: Next Level Bootcamp

9:15-10am: Total Core

10:15-11am: Mobility/Stability/Balance


Cost per month to take any or all of the small group training classes at Culpeper Sport & Fitness (CSF) is: $95 for members/$120 non-members. This is pro-rated per your registration date. Maximum 10 participants per class.
